– SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is free for the purchase of products starting with the amount of 1500 lei in Chisinau, otherwise the fee is 80 MDL through the delivery company Nova Poshta, in any region in Moldova.

– WRONG DELIVERY

– WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS

In accordance with Law no. 105 Art. 19 para. (8) of 2003 on consumer protection, the guarantee is offered for 14 days, to replace or return the product, in case of defect (upon presentation of the receipt).

– DELIVERY DURATION

We normally process orders within 1-3 working days depending on the delivery method chosen for the products. Delivery of your order may be delayed during peak shopping periods in the Store, for example festive periods, however we make every effort to ensure that your purchases reach you no later than 7 working days from your receipt of the Dispatch Confirmation and the order. . The customer can obtain information on the delivery status at any time.

– ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER CANCELLATION PRIOR TO RECEIPT

Once the order is confirmed, you can cancel it within 1 hour, before the package is picked up by the courier.
