In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova no. 105 Art. 19 para. (8) from 2003. At the same time, in accordance with the aforementioned law, complaints from consumers within 30 days can only be satisfied if the product had a hidden defect (manufacturing defect) and not under conditions of normal wear and tear. According to Art. 183 para. (8) from the Consumer Protection Law, no. 105 of 2003, provides that the date of purchase of the product is established based on the receipt or any other document that confirms the purchase of the product.

If at some point you realized that the model, size or color does not suit you and you want to return the product or exchange it for another model, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery (According to Law No. 105 Art.19 paragraph (8) of 2003 regarding consumer protection).

Conditions for returning the product:

The product must be new, which means:

- Not used

- To be in original packaging, keeping the external appearance, seals and labels of the factory

– The condition of the product allows a new commercialization.

- fiscal receipt

The presence of the tax receipt is mandatory. The exchange of the product will be free of charge. If there is a price difference between the products, the difference will be paid.

Online order cancellation and return

To cancel an online order, you need to contact us on our Facebook or Instagram page with a private message within 1 hour, the time provided for picking up the order from the store. You will need to specify the order number and the product(s) ordered.

To return goods purchased online, you need to follow the points above. To return one or more products, you need to approach the store from which the order was made with the tax receipt.

The exchange of goods to the store is possible only for the following reasons:

– The size is large or small

– This product does not fit the layout.

It is possible to exchange products for the same model in a different size (if available) or with another product of the same price.

Refund method

The money is transferred immidiately to the bank card or electronic wallet from which the order was paid, but the bank needs extra 10 days to process the payment. The transfer can take up to 10 working days after the receipt and verification of the returned goods.
